• All orders are processed within 3 to 5 working days from the time of purchase. For non-metros it might take around 5 to 7 working days

• We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability and order verification.

2. Shipping Rates and Options

• Prepaid Orders above 499 are eligible for free shipping. Shipping charges/Cash-handling charge of ₹100 applicable for all COD orders within India. 

4. Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship to locations within India. Please contact us for further assistance.

5. Order Tracking

• Upon shipment, we provide a tracking number and a link to track your order online.

• You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

• In the event of a delayed or lost package, please contact our customer support, and we will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

8. Address Accuracy

• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or lost packages.

• We are not responsible for any issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.

9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees.
